The holiday villages travel company sees social networks as a perfect way to reach families through a more relaxed communication than other media. Reflecting this philosophy both in gamification and content for all ages, I managed their digital presence with engagement and inbound traffic goals.




Gamification to increase families engagement on social networks

Vacanciel asked to have on their social networks the same “family friendly” feeling they give in their holiday villages. I met this requirement by introducing gamification content in their social media planning, which also led fans to spend more time on the social accounts of the brand.

Prospects acquisition and channeling with blogging strategy

When it comes to driving traffic to their website, Vacanciel had trouble just by sending sales content to their database. To respond to this, I gave their blog an editorial “overhaul”, with content focused on families (travel advices, week-end ideas, easy recipes, etc) and tied it to the social media strategy to create a more effective prospects channeling.
